Steps to a Perfect Solution
Perfect Communicator starts with your marketing messages, whether you create them internally or through a third party. Once your marketing messages have been finalized, the next step is to plug them into the Perfect Communicator system. Here is a brief overview of the steps involved:
- Using the Perfect Communicator Client
- Create an update by selecting previously recorded audio files and dropping them into their appropriate time slots or announcement locations.
- Construct a list of sites to receive the update
- Schedule and submit the update
- The Media Communications Server (MCS) receives and stages updates for the scheduled time
- The Perfect Communicator checks the MCS daily for updates
- Retrieved media content is installed on the system
- Errors and raw statistical data are sent back to the MCS
- The Perfect Communicator Client pulls field data from the MCS
- Errors encountered with site updates are sent via email to the administrator
- Raw statistical data from the field is made available for further analysis
The ability to use a single centralized Media Communications Server and the Perfect Communicator Client to make all updates for every remote site is what makes Perfect Communicator the Perfect Solution.
