Perfect Communicator remotely checks the MCS daily for any available updates. It downloads any new updates to the remote location and loads the new content. All errors and raw statistical data are sent back to MCS and can be viewed via the Perfect Communicator Console.

Overhead Paging - Announcing a great way to advertise your offerings
At pre-configured intervals, recorded information may be played on your telephone system's overhead paging. Highlight store specials, announce new store hours, or introduce new products. All of this information may be automatically updated via the MCS.

Wireless Call Points – Help buttons provide customer service when needed
These help buttons allow customers to request assistance from any location in the store by simply pressing the button. Now your associates can respond to customers at their request when they need it most. The associate simply resets the button upon arriving at the location and reports are easily generated to manage response times.

Customer Support Mailboxes that make sure you're always in touch with your call-in customers by allowing your customer to leave you a voice message and optionally having it delivered to an email address.
